To obtain your medical marijuana card with Ozark MMJ Cards, you must meet the following criteria:
- Be a legal resident of Arkansas, Oklahoma, or Missouri
- Be at least 18 years of age or have a parent/guardian apply on your behalf as a marijuana caretaker
- Have a qualifying condition in your state
It’s especially important to research the qualifying conditions in your state before you apply, as each state has its own regulations and guidelines. For example, while anxiety is a qualifying condition in Oklahoma, it is not a qualifying condition in Arkansas.
If you do qualify in your state, all you have to do is fill out a short form on our website and upload any available medical documentation. Our friendly team will review your information and get back to you shortly.
If we believe you might be a good candidate for our medical marijuana service, we’ll work with you to schedule a telemedicine appointment at a convenient time. We’ll provide the cannabis certification and help you register your documentation with the state. We handle renewals as well.
