Medical Marijuana Card services have been at the center of Ozark MMJ Cards’ mission since its inception in June 2019. We assist patients in obtaining an MMJ card to support both physical and mental wellbeing.

Ozark MMJ Cards began as Arkansas’ first and only service delivering medical marijuana card certifications directly to patients’ doorsteps. Like many businesses, COVID-19 prompted us to rethink our operations. We transitioned from an in-person concierge service to telemedicine and virtual appointments, allowing patients to get certified safely from home.

Dissatisfied with how difficult and expensive it was to obtain a medical marijuana card in Arkansas and as an avid believer in the Walton Philosophy, Ozark MMJ Cards decided that the only way to be competitive in today’s marketplace was to offer the best service available at the lowest possible price.

Why wasn’t anyone doing that with medical marijuana? Inspired to modernize this process and help make it easier for patients to receive the medicine they need when they need it, Ozark MMJ Cards was founded.

What started as a small, convenient mobile service in Arkansas has now expanded to a telemedicine service helping patients across the United States.

As we continue to grow, our mission to center the organization around patient satisfaction remains the driving force behind all operations — ensuring each patient experience is an exceptional one.

Our Evolution from AR Concierge MD to Ozark MMJ Cards:
Making Your Medical Marijuana Card Simple

After the State of Arkansas legalized marijuana for medical use, Ozark MMJ Cards worked toward creating a system that allowed patients to obtain their medical marijuana card conveniently and affordably.

After much planning and brainstorming, we decided to dive in feet-first. We announced the launch of our new business venture at that year’s Fayetteville LGBTQ Pride Festival—which was just two days away

The Thursday and Friday before the event were spent rushing orders for business cards, banners, and booth supplies. Trying to design everything on the fly proved challenging, but the hustle paid off.

Ozark MMJ Cards (then called “AR Concierge MD”) helped its very first patient the following week. Calls began pouring in, and not long after, we built our team into what it is today.

We credit our growth to the appreciation shown by our amazing patients and their countless referrals. These relationships allow us to keep the process of getting a medical marijuana card simple, convenient, and supportive.

Customer Service Development

Rachel Schepp took on the responsibilities of what normally would be 3+ employees. She answered an onslaught of telephone calls and patiently answered every question she was asked. Helping patients register for certification with the state of Arkansas is a service Rachel offered completely unprompted. To this day, it is an exclusive service we offer that many other medical marijuana companies do not. We built our customer care on Rachel’s influence.

Thanks to her irreplaceable contributions and our incredible team, Ozark MMJ Cards now runs like a well-oiled machine, and our patients are consistently pleased.

The final milestone in our young company was the creation of a new site and our re-naming. In another effort to provide convenient service to our patients and viewers, we wanted to create a URL that was both easy to remember and easy to access. Thus, OzarkMMJCards.com was born.
