At this time, initial medical marijuana certifications in Florida must be completed through an in-person appointment with a licensed physician, in accordance with Florida Medical Marijuana Laws.
The good news is that the process is simple—just schedule your visit, meet with the doctor, and if you qualify, your certification is completed during the same appointment.
One in-person visit is required for your initial certification. After that, renewals can often be done via telehealth.

All determinations are made by the evaluating physician in accordance with state law and medical standards.
All sales are final. Once an appointment is booked and payment is submitted, fees are non-refundable, including cases where a patient does not qualify, fails to attend, or chooses not to proceed.
Appointments may be rescheduled up to 1 business day before the scheduled time at no additional charge. Same-day reschedules or missed appointments will require booking and payment for a new appointment.
