State Requirements
You can get an MMJ card in Arkansas if you meet the state’s following requirements:
- Be 18 years of age or older (or be a minor with a parent or guardian’s consent).
Be diagnosed with one of Arkansas’s qualifying conditions for medical marijuana.
- Have the official written certification from a physician.
- Be a resident of Arkansas with valid proof of residency (state ID or driver’s license).
- Members of the Arkansas National Guard or the United States Military cannot obtain a registry ID card in Arkansas.
