Arkansas's Medical Marijuana Card Requirements

Arkansas has made a lot of progress regarding its medical marijuana laws. Cannabis, banned in 1923 and failed to gain the government’s passing vote in 2012, finally became legal in 2016. Thanks to amendment no. 98, patients meeting Arkansas’s medical marijuana card requirements can now legally buy cannabis. See if you meet Arkansas’s medical marijuana qualifications.
