Ozark MMJ Cards provides medical marijuana cards to residents of Brookland, Arkansas. Brookland is located in northern Craighead County and is part of the Jonesboro Metropolitan area. The town has a population of just under 3,000 residents and is poised to experience continued growth in the near future.
Brookland has a highly rated school district, which also bodes well for the town’s future growth, as it will be attractive to more families. Several new businesses are in operation or under construction and inquiries regarding additional commercial property are received regularly. This revenue would enable Brookdale to take on more infrastructure projects and continue to improve the lives of its residents. These projects will include wider streets with curbs and gutters, as well as a community park with a baseball and softball complexes. Residents of Brookland are able to enjoy outdoor recreational opportunities at Frierson State Park and Crowley’s Ridge State Park. Lake Frierson State Park is located approximately 20 minutes away from the town at 7904 Hwy 141 in Jonesboro. Year-round fishing and bird watching can be enjoyed at Lake Frierson and the park campground offers 7 campsites. In addition, the park offers picnic sites, a pavilion, playground, hiking trails, boat launch ramp, and bait shop.
Crowley’s Ridge State Park is located at 2092 Hwy 168 North in Paragould. Paragould is a 25-30 minute drive from Brookland. Residents and visitors who are history buffs enjoy viewing the native log and stone structures constructed by the Civilian Conservation Corps in the 1930s. The park offers five bunk cabins for group lodging, four duplex cabins with kitchens and fireplaces, one rustic cabin, and 26 campsites. It also offers picnic areas and pavilions, hiking trails, a 31-acre fishing lake, and a 3.5 acre swimming area.

- Intractable pain which is pain that has not responded to ordinary medications, treatment or surgical measures for more than six (6) months
- Severe nausea
- Seizures including without limitation those characteristic of epilepsy
- Severe and persistent muscle spasms including without limitation those characteristic of multiple sclerosis
The Ozark MMJ Card process: a potential patient will submit the patient information form found on our website and upload a record of a qualifying condition. Within one business day, the patient will receive a phone call to schedule a concierge appointment. Visits generally take about 15 minutes, but extra time is reserved so the doctor is able to answer any questions the patient may have. Upon conclusion of the certification, the patient will receive the Physician’s Written Certification required for a State-issued medical marijuana card. We guide every patient through the process of applying with the state of Arkansas, once you have received your medical recommendation from Ozark MMJ Card’s concierge physician.
For patients without documentation of a qualifying condition, an appointment will need to be scheduled with our concierge service to confirm qualification before proceeding with medical marijuana card certification. Per HIPAA regulations, any information obtained between a physician and a patient in a bona fide medical arrangement is completely confidential and private. This is known as Protected Health Information and a third party can only obtain it with the written consent of the patient. Qualification is not guaranteed. Qualifying is based on the doctor’s determination, qualifying conditions, and a patient’s complete medical history.
