All Sales Are Final.
By purchasing our certification services, you acknowledge and agree that all fees are non-refundable once payment has been submitted. No refunds, credits, reversals, or chargebacks will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Failure to qualify for or receive certification
- Patient error or failure to provide required documentation
- Technical issues beyond our control
- Changes in state regulations or eligibility requirements
- A patient’s decision to discontinue the certification process
- Missing or failing to attend a scheduled appointment
Rescheduling and Missed Appointment Policy:
- Appointments cannot be canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
- If a patient requests to change their appointment on the same day, the appointment cannot be moved to another day or time.
- If a patient misses their appointment or does not show up, they must book and pay for a new appointment.
- A no-call/no-show may also be subject to an additional fee for the missed appointment.
Payment is for the professional evaluation and certification service itself, not for a guaranteed outcome, approval, or state-issued registration. All certification determinations are made solely at the discretion of the evaluating physician in accordance with applicable state laws and medical standards. We do not guarantee certification, approval, or issuance of any state license, card, or registry entry.
By completing payment and scheduling an appointment, you expressly waive any right to a refund and agree to be bound by this policy.
