Pine Bluff Medical Marijuana Doctor

Ozark MMJ Cards provides medical marijuana cards to residents of  Pine Bluff, Arkansas. Pine Bluff is the tenth-largest city in the state. Its early economic development was in large part due to its location on the Arkansas River. The city also enjoys access to Lake Pine Bluff and Lake Langhofer (also known as Slack Water Harbor).

Art, education, and community involvement are evident throughout Pine Bluff. The Arts & Science Center for Southeast Arkansas is located at 701 S. Main St. in Pine Bluff. ASC provides exhibits, performances, classes, and other educational opportunities in the visual arts, performing arts, and the sciences. A unique aspect of the center is the focus on the intersection of STEM and Art to create STEAM: arts & technology education. The Murals on Main project showcase the town’s history in a unique and beautiful collection of thirteen murals. Launched in 1992 by Pine Bluff Downtown Development, Inc., a non-profit organization with the mission of revitalizing downtown, a total of 22 murals will be on display at the project’s completion.

The Governor Mike Huckabee Delta Rivers Nature Center celebrates the Delta’s heritage, wildlife, and ecology. Located between Lake Saracen and Lake Langhofer, the center is a combination of museum, aquarium, laboratory, nature store, hiking trail, wildlife-watching facility, and environmental education center. Native fish, reptiles, and birds are housed in the facility but can also be seen while walking the center’s nature trails.

The Ozark MMJ Card process: a potential patient will submit the patient information form found on our website and upload a record of a qualifying condition. Within one business day, the patient will receive a phone call to schedule an online appointment. Online meetings generally take about 15 minutes, but extra time is reserved so the doctor is able to answer any questions the patient may have. Upon conclusion of the certification, the patient will receive the Physician’s Written Certification required for a State-issued medical marijuana card. We guide every patient through the process of applying with the state of Arkansas, once you have received your medical recommendation from Ozark MMJ Card’s physician.

For patients without documentation of a qualifying condition, an appointment will need to be scheduled with our concierge service to confirm qualification before proceeding with medical marijuana card certification. Per HIPAA regulations, any information obtained between a physician and a patient in a bona fide medical arrangement is completely confidential and private. This is known as Protected Health Information and a third party can only obtain it with the written consent of the patient. Qualification is not guaranteed. Qualifying is based on the doctor’s determination, qualifying conditions, and a patient’s complete medical history.

Ozark MMJ Cards (Arkansas Medical Marijuana Card) was founded by Dr. Daniel Whitelocke to ensure patients receive quality care and have access to alternative medicines including medical cannabis. After extensive research on the benefits of medical marijuana card programs in other states, Dr. Whitelocke decided he wanted to help patients by offering affordable and convenient medical cannabis card certifications.
