Qualifying Conditions for a Medical Marijuana Card in Oklahoma
Following voter approval of Oklahoma State Question 788, medical marijuana usage was made legal in Oklahoma on June 26th, 2018. This Medical Marijuana Legislative Initiative made Oklahoma the 30th state to legalize cannabis for medicinal use.
Now, patients who meet the qualifying conditions and are over the age of 18 can apply for a medical card to get legal access to marijuana through the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority.
