Yes. You must be a resident of Arkansas with proof of residency to obtain a medical marijuana card or renew your existing card through our Arkansas cannabis clinic. You can submit a rental agreement, utility bill, or a recent tax return as proof of residency.

It can take the Arkansas Department of Health up to 14 business days to process your application. After that, they will issue your medical marijuana card or reject your application. If your application is rejected, you can reapply within a few days.
