Dedicated Healthcare That Adapts to Changing Times

Our mission has now reached its next stage with the availability of virtual certifications and telemedicine appointments, through which we have been able to improve patient access to MMJ dispensary card certifications.

This development comes in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic and keeps with the requirements of social distancing. Many states are now allowing telemedicine and phone consultations to qualifying patients for medical marijuana dispensary card certifications.

What Are Telemedicine Appointments?

Telemedicine appointments, also known as eVisits or virtual appointments, allow healthcare professionals to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients via a virtual conference using audio and video feed. This way, a patient can meet with their doctor for an evaluation and qualify to receive an MMJ card certification via a telemedicine appointment.

According to Dr. Whitelocke, the founder of Ozark MMJ Cards, “We continue to follow published CDC safety standards and adhere to strict social distancing guidelines during the COVID-19 pandemic. The continued well-being of our communities in Northwest Arkansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma as well as protecting our patients’ health are our top two priorities! We strive to exceed our patients’ expectations of quality, innovation, value, convenience, and flexibility. We believe our new telemedicine service will make it easier and more convenient for our patients to get legal MMJ cards, while also meeting their budget needs. For patients in Arkansas, we also offer medical marijuana card certifications at our office in Bentonville via regular office visits. We understand the virus has impacted many and that is why we are offering telemedicine appointments for medical marijuana card certifications for only $99! Because we don’t want cost or convenience to be an obstacle for any patient to receive the medicine they need.”

How to Schedule Your Telemedicine Appointment with Ozark MMJ Cards

In preparation for the telemedicine appointment, patients will need to complete the New Patient Information forms via a HIPAA compliant system. After the form is filled out, a web link will be sent to you via email which you can conveniently use to login into the eVisit.

At the scheduled appointment date and time, simply click on the link and join the meeting. You’ll be able to meet your doctor from any location using a device that has access to the internet. The medical marijuana telemedicine consultation with your doctor will take about 10 to 15 minutes.

However, if you’re unable to log in to the telemedicine appointment due to technical reasons, not to worry – the MMJ appointment can also be temporarily conducted over the phone. So go ahead and schedule your telemedicine appointment. Our doctors are available to see you Monday through Friday, anytime between 8 AM and 5 PM.
